This picture was taken in London in front of Eddie's plane, the Royal Flush. He was a radio operator and gunner. The photo includes the group of men that regularly flew in that plane. Everyone considered the plane to be good luck, because it was never shot down by the Germans despite its very large number of missions and several very close calls. Eddie's picture is circled.
