Here are answers to the most common questions I get asked. If this doesn't answer your question, use the form below.
There is spyware in the files!
You have downloaded from EZ Themes or one of their affiliates. Download my files directly from my site. They are not wrapped in shareware or spyware. If you have picked up something nasty, run a freeware program called AdAware. Go HERE to download the program to clean your computer. You should run this program regularly. If you surf the net, you WILL pick up spyware all over the place!
I can't see any images or download some of your files!
If you are behind a firewall like Zone Alarm or Norton, you will need to turn it off temporarily. With a firewall no referrer is left which triggers an anti-leech script on SOME of my files. Be sure to turn it back on before you open any zip or exe files.
Archives are missing files
Do not unzip my exe files with Winzip. They are self installing. This is true of most theme author's files as well. DO NOT USE THE WINZIP THEME INSTALLER!!!!!! Just click on the exe file.
What's with the popups?
I will never charge to access this site, and I do not wrap my files or or accept money for spyware, so ads are the way I pay for this hobby..

Your files have viruses!
If you download my files from sites other than my own, there is no telling WHAT is in the archive. Always download from this site.
Themes don't work and you're using Desktop Architect or a theme installer.
